We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our warehouse operations systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive testing of warehouse management functionalities, focusing on inbound and outbound modules.
  • Develop, document, and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on functional requirements and business processes.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across warehouse management modules.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies using appropriate tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Validate system configurations and enhancements against business requirements.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience testing warehouse management systems.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and workflows.
  • Proficiency in creating test cases and test documentation from scratch.
  • Familiarity with test management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
