Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

LBR is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and app installs for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, and experience in scaling app-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive app installs at an efficient cost.
  • Develop strategies to improve in-app engagement and retention using data to understand user behavior and implement targeted campaigns to reduce churn.
  • Drive high-quality acquisition across paid channels, optimizing for customer lifetime value (CLV) while maintaining a low cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Work closely with the CRM team to develop retention campaigns using push notifications, email marketing, and in-app messaging to re-engage inactive users and nurture loyal customers.
  • Use analytics tools to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, continuously testing ad creatives, audience segments, and messaging to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate efforts between paid media, app marketing, and organic growth strategies to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creative assets, landing pages, and user flows to determine the most effective strategies for growth and retention.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the DTC app space to proactively adjust strategies and ensure LBR stays competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of driving app installs and retention for a DTC business.
  • Expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Strong understanding of app analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth through data-driven decisions and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with CRM tools, retention strategies, and app engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on metrics like CPA, LTV, ROAS, and churn rate.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
