**Job Title: Zuora Tester**
We are looking for an experienced manual/functional tester with strong expertise in end-to-end testing of Zuora systems, including billing, subscription management, and payments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual/functional testing on Zuora, understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes, and experience using test management tools. Strong analytical and communication skills are also required.
Responsibilities include performing manual functional testing of Zuora Billing, Subscription, and Payments modules, validating subscription lifecycle, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems, creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and detailed test reports, logging, tracking, and managing defects through resolution, and collaborating with business and technical teams during UAT cycles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing manual functional testing of Zuora Billing, Subscription, and Payments modules
- Validating subscription lifecycle, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems
- Creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and detailed test reports
- Logging, tracking, and managing defects through resolution
