Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough screenings of passengers and luggage to prevent prohibited items from entering secure areas
  • Respond quickly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies, maintaining a high level of awareness at all times
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain a secure and efficient airport environment, working closely with colleagues to resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • A degree in a related field such as security, law enforcement or a related discipline
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a security-related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically and make sound judgments in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Aviation security certification, demonstrating expertise in security protocols and procedures
  • Knowledge of airport operations and procedures, including security protocols and emergency response plans
  • Experience working in diverse cultural settings, with strong intercultural competencies and adaptability
