Job Description:
As a Business Growth Specialist at UNACADEMY, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships. Your primary focus will be on procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaboration with our marketing team. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong connections with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by UNACADEMY.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking activities, research, and client interactions.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Suggest upgrades or added services that align with clients' evolving needs.
- Craft compelling business proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms.
- Equip staff with the skills necessary to enhance sales performance.
- Analyze client feedback and implement necessary adjustments to meet their expectations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
