Job Title: AI Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled AI engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Solution Design: Develop and deploy AI-powered applications from scratch, covering backend, frontend, and AI integration.
  • Large Language Model Development: Build and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and AI agents.
  • Backend Services and APIs: Develop APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
  • Modern UIs: Create modern, interactive user interfaces using React.js / Next.js.
  • Database Management: Work with relational & NoSQL databases, vector databases, and async processing.
  • Cloud Deployment: Deploy solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure with Docker/Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentorship and Code Review: Mentor team members, review code, and ensure best practices.
Required Skills:
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Strong experience in Fullstack Development + AI/ML.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid foundation in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React.js/Next.js.
  • Generative AI Expertise: Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering).
  • Traditional ML Knowledge: Solid foundation in traditional ML (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Cloud, CI/CD, and Containerization: Cloud, CI/CD, and containerization experience.
  • Leadership and Problem-Solving: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Ai Safety and Explainability: Knowledge of AI safety and explainability concepts (LIME, SHAP).
  • Edge AI or Multimodal AI: Experience with multimodal AI or edge AI.
  • Prior Leadership and Mentoring: Prior leadership of AI/ML projects and mentoring teams.
