Senior AI Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to develop and optimize scalable backend systems, APIs, and AI Automation workflows.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python/Fast API and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask,
  • Optimize database performance using SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Implement asynchronous programming for high-throughput applications using Kafka, RabbitMQ.
  • Work with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment and testing.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to process and optimize large-scale datasets.
  • Develop and integrate machine learning pipelines where necessary.
  • Write efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Ensure high system security, performance, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and 5+ in Python
  • 2+ yrs exp of Gen AI, Open AI, AWS bedrock, crew,ai, langchain, etc
  • Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
  • Knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless computing.
  • Experience working with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
  • Proficiency in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
