Grand Circle Corporation is currently looking for a dedicated professional to fill the role of Program Service Manager. This position involves hiring, training, and driving performance of trip leaders who lead senior Americans on land tours in South India and Sri Lanka.

  • This leader will be responsible for recruiting and developing a high-performing team of trip leaders.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing individual and team performances. A strong and engaging leader who is flexible, analytical, creative, independent, and highly organized is required. The ability to motivate people while building relationships based on trust, accountability, and mutual respect is also necessary.

  • Hiring and Training Plans:
    • Develop plans to staff all departures with high-performing trip leaders.
  • Led Trip Leader Meetings and Training:
    • Lead meetings and training sessions for trip leaders in an office environment and on-the-road simulations.
  • Individual Training Plans:
    • Develop customized training plans for newly hired trip leaders.
  • Drive Regional Excellence Goals:
    • Support the achievement of regional excellence goals by providing live coaching to trip leaders.
    • Key Qualifications:
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
      • Demonstrated success in making tough decisions and taking risks
      • Confidence in public speaking and presentation
