Store Manager Position

The primary role of the Store Officer is to oversee and manage all store staff and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, training, and performance management of existing staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Identify, recruit, and train new staff members to meet the store's needs, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Staff Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing staff members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills and abilities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory management process, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
  • Store Environment and Discipline: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Sales Review and Analysis: Analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Foot Traffic and Profitability: Implement strategies to increase foot traffic and maximize profitability, ensuring the store remains competitive in the market.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.
  • Leave and Salary Administration: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of staff leave and salary information.
