Prompt Engineering Specialist

Optimizing interactions with AI components is a core focus for this role. As a Prompt Engineering Specialist, you will design, develop, and refine effective prompts for various AI components, including OpenAI models and Document Intelligence services.

This position demands a strong understanding of large language models, API management, and NoSQL databases to enhance AI-driven solutions. You will work extensively with Python for scripting, data manipulation, and interacting with AI models and APIs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch and LangChain. Additionally, they will be proficient in utilizing Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile project management of prompt engineering initiatives.

The role involves managing and optimizing API Management for secure and efficient interaction with AI services. You will also utilize observability tools like Grafana to implement and monitor AI application performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing effective prompts for AI components
  • Refining prompts based on model performance, user feedback, and business objectives
  • Working with AI/ML libraries and Azure DevOps
  • Managing API Management and observing AI application performance

Required qualifications include 8-14 years of experience in AI/ML development, data science, or prompt engineering. Proven experience with AI components, AI/ML libraries, and Azure DevOps is essential.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of AI model behavior and output. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to articulate prompt strategies and results.
