Job Opportunity:

The Accounts Payable Associate role involves the processing of company invoices and the end-to-end management of Accounts Payable processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supplier invoice registration
  • Daily investigation of supplier invoice disputes
  • Running daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel and addressing open queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliation and dispute handling
  • Achieving compliance with local legislation by archiving and filing documents
  • Collaboration with Business Development Managers, Product Specialists, and aligned vendor and partner contacts
  • Pipeline management for opportunities within defined criteria and account base
  • Providing assistance and support to accounts on queries
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships with vendor personnel
  • Taking responsibility for personal development in product knowledge and job competencies, achieving set objectives
  • Data entry for less complex invoices, resolving discrepancies in general ledger coding, approval issues, or potential duplicates
  • Analyzing and reviewing vendor statements for accuracy, resolving less complex invoice discrepancies, and entering data into the system
  • Preparing and processing Accounts Payable checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments
  • Communicating AP-related processes and status to external and internal suppliers through written and verbal means

  • Ability to understand the Client's product portfolio at a high level (training will be provided)
  • Confident self-starter and strong team player
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative as a responsible, conscientious, and reliable team member
  • Sound business acumen and ability to interact with customers
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications
