Key Role in Revenue Cycle Management

This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of the entire revenue cycle, from order receipt to cash realization. The team is accountable for achieving 100% error-free revenue recognition and efficient collection of outstanding amounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Order to Cash Cycle Execution
    • Ensure timely billing to agencies.
    • Manage disputes with agencies and customers.
    • Maintain accurate customer codes with proper documentation.
  • Controllership
    • Accurately book value-added orders/invoices related to sponsorship.
    • Reconcile dealer and finance ledger balances.
    • Collaborate with internal auditors on financial reporting.
    • Apply revenue accounting expertise.
  • Banking and Finance Operations
    • Manage interface with banks for product clearance and collections.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Presentation of month-end reports on revenue and collections.
    • Calculate incentives for classified, display, and canvasser teams.
    • Adhere to month-end closing checklist.
    • Initiate process control and cost control measures.
  • Compliance and Governance
    • Ensure GST and TDS compliance.
  • Commercial and Cost Control
    • Conduct reconciliation of debtors, provision for expenses, and cost ledger/vendor payments.
    • Analyze legal contracts, barter arrangements, and budgeting exercises.
    • Set up document management systems.
  • IT Tools and Systems
    • Maintain customer databases.
    • Demonstrate working knowledge in SAP.
    • Exhibit high proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
