Senior Financial Analyst

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in the Corporate Finance department.
- Support the Sector Coverage Team in preparing pitch books, conducting industry research and analysis, financial modeling, valuations, etc. for Capital Markets, M&A, and Private Equity transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing and preparing information memorandums, valuations, and financial models required for deals.
- Support the Execution team in documentation, due diligence, presentations, and data gathering from clients.
- Create and maintain relevant databases on companies in respective sectors.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking in the industrials sector.
- MBA from a premier institute or CA certification.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
