Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the founding team to develop a robust business model and define strategic objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of passionate professionals.
  • Oversee the execution of ongoing projects, including Profit Pathshala and TapriPreneur Network.
  • Identify and pursue funding, partnerships, and growth opportunities that align with our mission.
  • Manage on-ground operations, events, and community-building activities that foster engagement and drive results.

Requirements:
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by risk-taking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for startups, community development, and youth empowerment initiatives.
  • Willingness to work on the ground in Muzaffarpur, contributing to local economic growth.
  • Prior experience in startups, business, or leadership roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Dedication, discipline, and a hunger to build something meaningful and impactful.
