Revenue Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage client relationships, ensure timely payments, and resolve billing discrepancies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of our clients' revenue recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare invoices for clients in advance to meet monthly deadlines
  • Post payment details for branches by monitoring daily statements to maintain accurate financial records
  • Process mail to clients concerning billing, invoicing, and payment updates to foster open communication
  • Follow up with clients for timely payments and resolve any discrepancies through diplomatic negotiation
  • Communicate with clients about billing issues and devise plans to clear outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow
  • Negotiate suitable payment plans with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Write final notice warnings to customers when payments are not made on time to reinforce payment obligations
  • Institute legal action when customers fail to pay their debt as a last resort

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a similar role is essential, and knowledge of banking and financial services is highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience in a collection or customer service role
