Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Billing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our billing department, you will be responsible for utilizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to identify outstanding accounts and generate bills and invoices specific to customers.

You will also be responsible for generating Sales Orders after gaining a detailed understanding of customer requirements, delivering invoices to clients via digital and traditional services, reconciling all payments with invoices, and receiving and sorting incoming payments including cash, debit/credit cards, online payments, and Unified Payments Interface (UPI).

Your duties will include managing Petty Cash, identifying any inconsistencies in transactions or pricing in ERP, and regularly updating receivables specific to customers.

You will provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and addressing problems, submitting all cash collected to the concerned authority at the end of the day, and reconciling all payments received at the end of the day.

You will prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports to the Accounts team, generate monthly and quarterly reports, and present them to the Reporting Authority.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) and a strong understanding of accounting software/ERP such as Oracle/SAP. The selected candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a robust written and communication skill set, and a basic understanding of office software and machinery.
