Job Description: IT Hardware & CCTV Support

We are seeking a skilled IT Hardware & CCTV Support professional to maintain and troubleshoot all IT hardware and CCTV systems used by Medico Hub.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure IT hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Perform regular maintenance on IT hardware and CCTV systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Provide technical support to end-users.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT hardware and CCTV support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with networking and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
