IT Hardware Specialist

At Medico Hub, we are seeking a skilled IT Hardware and CCTV Systems Administrator to maintain and troubleshoot our company's IT hardware and CCTV systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring IT hardware, performing regular maintenance on IT hardware and CCTV systems, and troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

We require a strong team player with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and a solid knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. Responsibilities:

• Installation and Configuration: Install and configure IT hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on IT hardware and CCTV systems.
  
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users.
  
• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment.
  
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems.
  

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  
• Experience: Proven experience in IT hardware and CCTV support.
