Job Opportunity: X++ Developer

Co-worker Technology & Ab is seeking an experienced X++ developer to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++ with a focus on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements.

  • Design and develop D365 F&O solutions using X++.
  • Build and enhance Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations in line with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as finance, supply chain, and procurement.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:

Candidates with the following skills are also desirable:

  • Experience with ISVs or Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
