In addition, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our omnichannel collections strategy, facilitate collaboration with external stakeholders, and leverage data analytics to optimize collections efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Implement and Monitor Credit Risk Strategies:

  • Across the lending lifecycle: acquisitions, underwriting, limit management, cross-selling, and collections.

2. Implement and Monitor Fraud Risk Controls:

  • Ensure seamless transactions and protect against potential threats.

3. Alternate Data Evaluation:

  • Evaluate data features for enhanced risk assessment and credit expansion.

4. Collections Strategy:

  • Help shape the omnichannel collections strategy and utilize data analytics to optimize collections efficiency.

5. Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Actively coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure relevant insights are effectively utilized for credit decision-making.
  • Experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners.
  • Exposure to credit or payment products and their risk/compliance nuances.
  • Familiarity with predictive models (churn or upsell propensity) and large-scale marketing automation.
