UI/Frontend Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced UI/frontend development team lead to oversee the design and implementation of our website.

  • 4+ years of experience in UI/frontend development is required.
  • A strong background in front-end development frameworks, libraries, and tools is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with React as a front-end development framework.
  • Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility is crucial for this role.
  • Familiarity with AWS for product development and deployment is preferred.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) systems is also beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) is highly valued.

This role involves leading the UI/frontend development team, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring timely project delivery. As a team lead, you will be responsible for technical decision-making, coding standards, and best practices.
