Job Overview:

A seasoned professional is sought after to spearhead statistical modeling endeavors using SAS and/or R. This high-level manager will be responsible for delivering actionable insights from transaction data, leveraging their analytical prowess, exceptional collaboration skills, and hands-on experience with statistical models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Extract meaningful analytics insights via Statistical models using SAS and/or R
  • Perform exploratory analysis and model building to develop predictive insights (e.g., multi-level Forecasting, time-series models, Optimization, default scorecards, predictive failure models, Generalized linear models, logistics/linear Regression and logit/probit model etc)
  • Present findings effectively to Business stakeholders
  • Maintain strong collaboration, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrate expertise in data comprehension, hypothesis formulation, data preparation, and model development
  • Apply creative problem-solving approach and exhibit strong analytical capabilities
  • Cultivate advanced modeling knowledge of developing Statistical models using SAS and/or R
  • Foster Analytics understanding across Retail, Technology, F&A, and Life Sciences domains
  • Bonus: Experience in Machine learning/Pattern recognition areas
