Job Title: Portfolio Manager

At INVESTORS CLINIC INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate/insurance sales and marketing, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a positive attitude with team playing ability. Key Responsibilities:
Generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings.Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base.Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.Aggressively achieving sales targets.Continuous follow-up with customers.Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow-up with clients for their requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate or 12th.Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Excellence in real estate/insurance sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team-playing ability.A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.Inclination towards making a career in the real estate industry.Good communication and negotiation skills.Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter with an ability to work independently.Ready to take up the pressure.
