Research Role Summary:

  • This is a research-focused position that involves developing and executing research proposals, conducting field work, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proposal Development:
  • Develop comprehensive research proposals that align with project objectives and requirements.
  • Identify the most suitable research approach and methodology for each project.
Field Work Materials Preparation:
  • Prepare high-quality materials for field work launches, including briefing notes, budgets, and show cards.
Questionnaire Design and Development:
  • Design and develop questionnaires that meet client needs and ensure data quality.
  • Digitalize questionnaires using scripting teams to streamline the process.
Project Management:
  • Oversee project setup, execution, and commercial management, ensuring timely completion and accurate costing.
  • Plan and prioritize project activities according to timelines, coordinate with project management and field teams to manage quotas.
  • Assist seniors in preparing initial presentations and raise timely invoices.
Client Relationships and Communication:
  • Manage client relationships independently, addressing ongoing project queries and providing error-free insights and deliverables.
  • Attend client meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes of meetings to ensure seamless communication.
Time Management and Efficiency:
  • Effectively manage time to meet deadlines, following up with support teams according to timelines.
  • Multitask project activities efficiently to ensure timely submission of client deliverables.
Collaboration and Professional Development:
  • Work collaboratively within inter- and intra-team environments, utilizing minimal supervision when necessary.
  • Continuously upgrade skills for professional and organizational growth, staying updated on client businesses and categories.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
  3. Proficient in designing and developing questionnaires, with experience in digitalizing them using scripting teams.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  5. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
