About the Role

We are seeking a skilled cloud security professional to lead end-to-end security audits and compliance initiatives across applications, infrastructure, and organizational processes. This role ensures systems, applications, and business operations are secure, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough technical assessments as required by clients.
  • Analyze cloud infrastructure security and compliance questionnaires to identify potential risks.
  • Collaborate with teams to map customer security and regulatory requirements to internal controls.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for commonly requested assessment artifacts.
  • Manage security questionnaires from clients, vendors, and partners in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate vendor security and compliance by reviewing their responses and supporting documentation.
  • Identify security risks within our IT infrastructure, applications, and services.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain internal security policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from security assessments and risk analysis.
  • Provide recommendations to improve security measures and compliance.
  • Educate staff and external partners about security best practices and protocols.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with audit/compliance, application security assessments, and cloud security.
  • Strong exposure to cloud infrastructure and security features.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices, vulnerability management, and threat modeling.
  • Experience with VRA templates, cloud security checklists, and assessment responses for enterprise or regulated clients.
  • Familiarity with information security standards and data protection methodologies.
