Senior Associate - US Taxation

Job Description:

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in reviewing and preparing complex tax returns for clients. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and on time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US business taxation, including forms 1065 and 1120. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare complex tax returns for clients
  • Work closely with the team to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard and on time
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in US Corporate taxation
  • Strong understanding of US business taxation, including forms 1065 and 1120
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
