This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned wind turbine installation site manager to join our team and play a key role in the successful execution of wind turbine projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

As a wind turbine installation site manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with suppliers, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Identify and mitigate risks, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report project progress, including performance metrics and quality control
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, including wind turbine installations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Experience with risk management, including identifying and mitigating risks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
