Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Sourcing Specialist to implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering seamless procurement processes and driving digital sourcing transformation.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Implementing and configuring SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Supporting end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S4 HANA and other systems as required.
  • Providing functional expertise on sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals.
  • Conducting system testing, training, and user support.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality.
  • Staying updated on SAP Ariba product enhancements and recommending best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.

  • Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing).
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes.
