Job Title: Assistant Manager- Program & Growth

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead multiple high-impact initiatives as an Assistant Manager- Program & Growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and develop strategic plans for new and existing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Strategy: Design and implement go-to-market (GTM) plans, defining customer personas, market segmentation, and positioning.
  • Program Execution: Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring timely delivery and high quality, while acting as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, and Operations teams.
  • Content Management: Oversee creation, updates, and management of website content and structure, conducting regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and user-friendliness.
Requirements:
  • Experience in growth, GTM, strategy, or program management roles, preferably in EdTech, consulting, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deliver outcomes.
  • Proficiency in website management and ensuring quality through checks/reviews.
  • Exposure to building GTM plans, growth models, and product marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in planning/executing webinars/events is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • High ownership, agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
