Our organization is seeking a skilled Junior Accountant to join our team. This full-time position involves day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing invoices, and processing payroll.
The role also entails assisting in audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing support to senior accounting staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, prepare financial statements, and manage invoices.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Assist in audits, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with senior accounting staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain expertise in accounting software and tools like Tally prime, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and bookkeeping.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
- Experience with accounting software and tools like Tally prime, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
