Job Title: Senior Java Spring Software Engineer

">Job Overview

This is a key role in the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications using the Java Spring framework. As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for leading application development services as part of a project team or in an application support role.

You will analyze, design, code, test, and implement systematic solutions to meet customer requirements. You will also provide general support to maintain complex applications that meet service levels, system availability, performance, and quality levels required by customers.

In addition, you will mentor less experienced team members and contribute to the success of the organization through your expertise and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead application development services as part of a project team or in an application support role.
  • Analyze, design, code, test, and implement complex systematic solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide general support to maintain complex applications that meet service levels, system availability, performance, and quality levels required by customers.
  • Mentor less experienced team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Java/Spring development.
  • Exposure to Microservices architecture with REST API.
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps tools like Git and Gradle.
  • Experience in performing design to deployment of a microservices application.
  • Knowledge on Cloud is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills, as the role requires interaction with architects.
  • Basic knowledge in Python is an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling NFR (Non Functional Requirements) development.
  • Knowledge on cloud SDK in GCP is preferred and experience in GCP tools like Cloud Run, Firestore, App Engine, and Cloud Function.
