About This Role">

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable backend services.

  • Design, develop and optimize backend services using Java, Spring Boot and Microservices.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring performance, security and scalability.
  • Work with SQL/MySQL to design schemas, optimize queries and improve database performance.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and design decisions for new systems.
">Key Skills & Qualifications">

We require a skilled Senior Java Backend Developer with:

  • 5–8 years of backend development experience with Java.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, REST APIs.
  • Hands-on with SQL/MySQL (indexes, joins, query optimization, data modeling).
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills with production systems.
  • Experience with Kafka, Redis, NoSQL databases is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS/GCP/Azure and containerization Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices Agile, CI/CD, TDD.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
