About This Role:

This is a detailed and analytical position that requires a strong understanding of financial data analysis and tools like Strategy formerly MicroStrategy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, experience with financial data analysis, and proficiency in tools like Strategy formerly MicroStrategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Sourcing & Preparation: Extract transform and prepare financial data from various source systems for accurate reporting.
  • Report & Dashboard Development: Design build and maintain comprehensive financial reports and interactive dashboards including variance analyses.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of financial data identify variances and support reconciliation efforts.
  • Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with Project Managers to understand reporting needs and provide insights to facilitate effective decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of experience in financial reporting data analysis or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets from financial systems.
  • Expertise in data extraction and manipulation using SQL.
  • Strong experience developing reports and dashboards.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts forecasting and project accounting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
