They develop new clients and sectors for their products and help them obtain approvals and certifications in desired industries. Their expertise spans Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, Water Treatment, Cryogenics, and various process industries.

This role offers diverse exposure as you'll work with 17-18 process engineering companies. As a direct representative of MNCs, you'll represent prospective companies and deliver exceptional results.

Job Description

We seek an Industrial Sales Executive to develop new key accounts for our clients by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts.

The ideal candidate will have strong market research and analysis skills, enabling them to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends. Excellent lead generation and prospecting skills are also essential, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

A key responsibility will be to prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to communicate our value proposition effectively. Negotiation skills are crucial in securing mutually beneficial agreements and achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
  • Analyze market data to develop strategic insights and identify opportunities for business growth.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit and revenue potential.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop rapport with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
Sales Negotiation and Closure:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Closedeficient sales and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:

Minimum 0-3 years of experience in a relevant field; Excellent communication skills in English; Experience in Business Development & Sales; Willingness to travel; Go-getter, confident, willingness to learn, and hungry for personal growth; Target-oriented; Negotiation skill.
