Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:  The incumbent will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights. This includes generating reports and dashboards using various tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI and PowerPoint. 
  2. Database Management:  The incumbent will design, manage and maintain databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Familiarity with SQL and other database languages is required.
  3. System Administration:  The incumbent will have a basic understanding of system administration principles and practices to ensure smooth operation of the IT systems.
  4. Communication:  The incumbent will effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  5. Problem Solving:  The incumbent will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and improve business processes.
  6. Teamwork & Collaboration:  The incumbent will work effectively in teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
