Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our healthcare team in India.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and clinical status, taking prompt action when necessary.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and outcomes, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
  • Participate in patient and family education regarding care plans and procedures, promoting empowerment and understanding.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and maintain a sterile environment, upholding high standards of hygiene and safety.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in India, verifying professional competence and expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of critical care nursing practices and protocols, staying current with industry developments and advancements.
  • Proficiency in using ICU medical equipment and technology, efficiently navigating complex systems and devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, maintaining composure and focus under challenging circumstances.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, applying analytical reasoning to resolve complex patient care issues.
