About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who will provide patient care, conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and document patient information with precision. As part of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans that prioritize quality and safety. This role also involves educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatments, ensuring they have the knowledge and support needed to manage their care effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, conducting assessments and administering medications as required
  • Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and ensure confidentiality
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare teams
  • A registered nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Prior experience in a relevant healthcare setting is highly valued
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred
