Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Security Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in securing our customer organizations, cultures, and ecosystems.

  • The ideal candidate will configure, monitor, and manage networks to maintain service quality while protecting infrastructure from cyber threats.
  • They will assess, predict, prevent, and manage IT infrastructure and data risk, ensuring our customers stay ahead of potential security issues.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement security policies and procedures, working closely with other departments to ensure all security measures are in place.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for endpoint security incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Monitor and manage endpoint security tools and solutions, including antivirus, anti-malware, and EDR systems.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of endpoint security solutions across the organization.
  • Perform regular security checks and audits on endpoint devices to ensure compliance with security policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike and MS Defender.
  • Basic understanding of network security, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cybersecurity principles.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security, CEH, or similar are an advantage.
