Technical Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security group, you will be responsible for solving complex problems and identifying potential future issues across a spectrum of platforms and services.

The Role

As a Technical Security Specialist, you will be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of the biggest clients in the world. You will manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You will oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT or network security, especially in web filtering or security platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Basic understanding of web security concepts, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS protocols, and web traffic filtering.
  • Exposure to Skyhigh Security, McAfee MVISION Cloud, and Cisco Umbrella.
