Job Description

In this role, you will support the company's strategic goals by driving the growth of global people systems and process automation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maximizing the value of our investment in our global HRIS by enhancing it to address HR and business challenges.
  • Serving as the technical subject matter expert for our global Human Resource Information System, which is currently SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Supporting the digitalization of the HR function by identifying digitalization opportunities and leading or supporting project implementations.
  • Working with HR and IT to identify and implement new HRIS features and functionalities to meet the changing needs of the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • SAP Consultant Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module. Additional module certifications would be a great bonus.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Functional and technical implementation experience of SuccessFactors solutions covering all aspects: from detailed scoping and design, to build, test, cutover, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR processes and data management. Ability to relate system applications to business needs.
  • Experience in general HR operations would be beneficial.
  • Experience with a full-lifecycle SAP implementation will be an added advantage.
  • Awareness of trends in digital HR applications.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on your location and qualifications.
