Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Associate, FP&A to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This role will provide support to the Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function in delivering comprehensive and timely reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating budget/projection templates, preparing monthly management reports and schedules, and providing insights and summaries to assist decision-making and planning processes.

  • Update budget/projection templates on a regular basis
  • Prepare monthly management reports and schedules, highlighting key financial data and trends
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and other visualizations to help stakeholders understand complex financial information
  • Assist with ad-hoc accounting and reporting requirements as needed
  • Collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and macros
  • Knowledge of SAP and other MIS/database systems
