Job Title: Financial Operations Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to assist in the end-to-end financial operations of our Aadhaar-PAN linking drive.
Key Responsibilities:- Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Aadhaar-PAN linking process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Data Entry & Reconciliation: This role involves accurately inputting and maintaining financial data in our systems, performing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
- Customer Support & Follow-up: The Financial Operations Associate will communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process, follow up on pending documentation and payments, and ensure timely completion.
- Reporting & Analysis: We require someone who can prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Improvement: The ideal candidate will identify and suggest improvements to existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, particularly in the context of the Aadhaar-PAN linking project.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
