Assistant Manager Sales Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in Kochi, India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving targets. They will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product development projects and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in the electrical/electronics sector, with a focus on telecom and passive infra power requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
