Job Title: Performance Test Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and execute performance tests that ensure the stability and efficiency of our applications.

About the Role:

  • This role involves planning, designing, and executing performance tests (Load, Stress, Endurance, etc.) using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
  • The successful candidate will develop test strategies, workload models, and performance test plans that meet the requirements of our stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling, as well as good knowledge of monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, etc.) and server log analysis.
  • A strong background in JVM/GC tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and enhance test scripts with correlations, parameterization, and custom coding to ensure accurate results.
  2. Analyze performance results, monitor applications, and identify bottlenecks to improve overall system performance.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on how to optimize system performance.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering.
  • Expertise in Java or other programming languages.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Certification in Performance Testing.
  • Experience with defect management tools (JIRA).
  • Exposure to publishing blogs or articles on performance.
