Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, controls, and reporting frameworks in line with industry standards.
- Maintain project compliance with governance policies and contractual agreements.
- Coordinate project reporting schedules and facilitate periodic reviews.
- Create and maintain project finance dashboards and EAC forecasts.
- Analyze team utilization and support resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure compliance matrices are up-to-date.
- Act as a liaison for client communications and issue resolution.
- Support project managers and technical leads in delivering design deliverables.
- Participate in PMO Steering Group initiatives and strategy refinement.
- Manage risk registers and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversight of change control processes and associated financials.
- Promote continuous improvement in project delivery and PMO operations.
- Review and advise on contract scope and discuss with project delivery teams.
- Manage project controls through WSP and client systems.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subconsultants to implement value engineering and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop KPIs with assistance from the Technical Manager and Principal PM.
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures through discussions with Technical Leads.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to provide added value to clients.
To excel in this role, you will need an appropriate degree qualification in a relevant field and a professional certification such as APM, PRINCE 2, MRICS, or PMP.
