We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Asset Manager to join our team at Axtria - Ingenious Insights. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing digital assets on the Veeva Vault platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Veeva Vault CRM, with experience in objects configurations and access control management. Additionally, they should possess expertise in Veeva vault API integrations and authentication mechanisms.
A successful candidate will also have a good understanding of HCP Engage Services, data integrations, and publish expertise. Reviewing asset metadata and related configurations in Veeva DAMS will be a key aspect of this role, as well as maintaining digital assets/objects in Veeva vault.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. If you are a motivated professional looking for a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for tracking expired assets, managing expiry dates, licensing extensions, and keyword management. A white belt certification on the Veeva Vault platform is desirable but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital assets on the Veeva Vault platform.
- Configure objects and access control management in Veeva Vault CRM.
- Integrate Veeva vault API with other systems.
- Implement authentication mechanisms in Veeva vault.
