Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end medium to large projects for the entire testing life cycle, including efforts estimation, scheduling, defining test strategies, and aligning various delivery streams.
  • Develop and implement automation testing across all workstreams to improve the efficiency of the overall testing cycle.
  • Mentor and lead a team of 40 plus employees, providing guidance and career development opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with QA & Testing best practices, tools, frameworks, and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 17-23 years of experience in manual and automation testing in the payments domain.
  • Extensive experience in ATM, payment, and cards domains, with sound knowledge of payment schemes/networks and certification processes.
  • Strong technical knowledge of payment applications, infrastructure, and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
