API Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized API Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As an API Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our APIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive testing using Postman to verify results meet standard specifications and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and maintain proper understanding of each interface partner's functionality and specifications.
- Execute detailed test plans and test cases, identify, document and report defects, debug issues and work closely with development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of software testing experience.
- API Testing: Hands-on experience with API testing tools, specifically Postman.
- Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of software interface concepts and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Tools: Proficiency with bug tracking and project management tools, particularly JIRA.
This mid-shift position requires comfort working between 2 PM to 11 PM IST. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions.
