Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AI developer to lead the implementation of cutting-edge AI models in enterprise systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a strong grasp of concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and large language models.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow etc. is required.
  • The successful candidate will also have at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying conversational bots.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have experience working with Observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog & Grafana.
  • A strong background in DevOps SRE is necessary, with 2-5 years of experience.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for integrating bot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions.
  • They should also have experience with web services integration and possess excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently, the ideal candidate will also have excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing AI/ML models to drive business outcomes.
  • Developing and deploying conversational bots to enhance customer experiences.
  • Integrating bot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Maintaining and improving the overall performance and reliability of the system.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and large language models.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying conversational bots.
  • Experience working with Observability tools.
  • Strong background in DevOps SRE.
