Backend Software Engineer in AI/ML

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering, experience with backend development, and a passion for working with AI and ML technologies.

  • Design, develop and implement scalable backend software solutions using Python, Flask or equivalent frameworks.
  • Develop high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks.
  • Work on building responsive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
  • Utilize the Azure Cloud Platform for application development and deployment.
  • Architect and implement generative AI solutions, including retrieval augmented generation systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate research into impactful solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in AI/ML.
Requirements:
  • A strong drive for continuous learning and self-improvement in AI/ML.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in AI model integration and optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience in developing AI/ML applications.
  • Hands-on experience with React and Azure Cloud Platform services.
  • In-depth knowledge of API development, preferably with FastAPI.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong theoretical understanding of generative AI concepts and LLMs.
  • Familiarity with RAG systems and agentic AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team.
